The quantitative and qualitative information generated by the survey provide a wealth of insights into contemporary practices and trends in how UK organisations are addressing the issues that performance management raises. Our objective was to identify how employers are changing their approach, over time, to performance management processes.
The emphasis throughout is on the practical reality of introducing and operating formal performance management processes from the perspective of HR and reward managers who spend a good deal of their time managing such arrangements.
A summary of the the key findings was published in issue two of The Reward Quarter - download it from the 'Quarterly magazine' section of e-reward.co.uk.
