While there are numerous conferences across Europe focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and many dedicated to HR technology and reward management, events that specifically combine both topics – AI and reward – are much less common.
Organised by E-REWARD, in partnership with RANGE, this inaugural REWARD REWIRED offers a unique forum for reward leaders to solve AI-era reward problems (job architecture, market pricing, pay transparency, benchmarking, governance).
Most reward professionals building with AI are doing it alone. They all know the tools exist but no one is telling them how to use them. No one to pressure test ideas with. No one to tell you if what you built actually works.
This event helps to fix that. It’s designed for in-house compensation and total rewards professionals adopting AI. It’s an unmissable event for reward practitioners who want to figure out what AI means for compensation, and stop figuring it out alone.
Complimentary places are limited at this event and are likely to be heavily over-subscribed.
First 100 approved in-house practitioners. Senior reward, total reward, comp and ben, people analytics, and HR leaders with reward in scope.
Each conference ticket gives you attendance for one person only to all of the speaker presentations for the duration of this event. Your ticket includes coffees, teas, lunch and attendance at our drinks reception.
Travel and accommodation are not included.
Range is the private community for senior in-house reward and HR leaders actively building with AI. No vendors, no consultants. Practitioners only.
Founded by Giac Soliman, an independent reward expert (Hay Group, Mercer, TikTok, Monzo). RANGE exists because most reward leaders are running the same AI experiments alone.
Members meet bi-weekly to show what they are building and stress-test it with peers.
A shared library of prototypes, blueprints and templates sits alongside the live sessions. Application-only. Capped at 100 founding members.
A full-day programme focussed on how AI is transforming reward strategies, compensation, and employee benefits, starting with registration from 8am, with the opening session at 9am. The day is packed with practical presentations, panel sessions and a choice of interactive breakouts – all designed to enhance your AI expertise.
From approx. 4.45pm we will be holding our drinks party. Look forward to seeing you there!
A key part of any E-reward event is networking. We hate it to be forced or manufactured – this conference is relaxed, informal and friendly, and features dinner and drinks receptions. It’s the perfect environment to meet other senior reward practitioners – over breakfast, lunch, dinner or evening drinks. On the flip side, if you just want to come and learn and leave with new ideas and guidance for the future that’s great too.
Senior reward practitioners who want to figure out what AI means for compensation.
Reward leaders seeking peers, tools and the intelligence to build with AI.
Those actively experimenting with AI in their reward work, whether building, testing, or thinking hard about where it fits in benchmarking, job architecture, compensation planning, or executive pay.
If you have any questions regarding the event, please feel free to call us at +44 (0)161 432 2584 or email paul@e-reward.co.uk

There is no shortage of AI in HR or total rewards content, however, there is a need for more honest senior practitioner perspective. At an enterprise-scale, AI adoption in total rewards involves decisions trade-offs, organisational friction and the moments where we must pause, rethink before propelling. This session will cover the following:
A moderated panel chaired by Giac Soliman, Founder, Range.
Vendors and practitioners on the same stage. A real debate, not a pitch.

Evert Kraav, Co-founder, Cohorts
Compensation and reward data is sensitive, which makes pay communications tools a compliance and security headache before they even ship. In this session, I will live-build a working tool in front of the room that solves a real manager pay-comms problem, using a stateless, no-database approach: nothing stored, nothing synced, nothing for security to worry about.
Speaker TBC
Closing panel chaired by Giac Soliman, Founder, Range. Giac chairs the close with the day's speakers. A conversation between practitioners who've already decided to move. What today made clearer, and what you're doing about it.
Over a decade in reward, in house at TikTok, Snap and Monzo, and earlier at Mercer. Through all of it, the thing he kept missing was the room. Peers doing the same work, figuring it out together. These days he spends his time pushing what AI can actually do in compensation, and building the community he always wanted to be part of. Range is that room.

For 2026, his focus is divided into two primary tracks:
Learning and Research: Deep-diving into Robotics and AI, and advancing his working paper on how AI impacts critical thinking.
Building and Prototyping: Developing AI agentic applications.
As you can imagine, hosting a large one-day conference in central London with lots of lovely food and a drinks reception and completely free attendance for 100+ guests costs a huge amount of money. This is where our sponsors come in. They have generously funded the cost of the entire event. That means we can offer 100 free places for delegates. Without their investment, the charge for a one-day conference would exceed £600 per delegate.
So please do chat to the sponsors during the breaks and visit their stands. All of our sponsors work within the reward field too so we hope you enjoy their specific sessions.
Thanks again to all of our sponsors, without whom this event could not happen each year!
