This is a cost-effective way to train and certify total rewards professionals with WorldatWork's GRP courses, delivered in three intensive study weeks in London. GRP is recognised worldwide as the gold standard certification in this field.

The qualification consists of nine courses taught over three weeks – three courses each week – in Alan’s proven and highly-efficient format.

By leveraging its corporate purchasing power, the Total Rewards Academy has cut costs by roughly 30% compared to conventional course delivery methods, resulting in substantial savings for training budgets.

The total cost for the full 2026/27 GRP programme, which includes nine courses hosted in central London and accompanying online exams, is just £6,975 + VAT.

Individual courses are not available through the Total Rewards Academy; participation requires commitment to the complete three-week programme.

Participants are in control: if you are unable to travel to London for one of our classroom study weeks, you can attend identical online streams (delivered on two alternative time zones).

FORMAT

  • The curriculum of nine GRP courses is delivered in our central London classroom over a period of just 12 months, spread over three intense weeks.
  • Alan Gibbons, recognised as a top reward specialist in Europe, will be the instructor for every course.
  • The course thrives on case studies and live examples.
  • One-to-one tuition is always available – strong support is given in preparing for the exams, particularly for non-English first language students.
  • Each of the nine courses has an examination. These are computer-based and consist of 80 multiple-choice questions. Exams are taken online at home/work, at a time of your choice.
  • If you are unable to attend any of the in-person classroom courses in London, you can attend identical online events.

ASSESSMENT

Every one of the nine GRP courses includes a computer-based exam featuring 80 multiple choice questions, and you need at least a 75% score to pass.

  • Most participants complete each exam within two weeks of the course.
  • We aim to make sure that each participant is fully equipped to succeed in all their exams.
  • A range of online resources are accessible to assist you in preparing for examinations.
  • Each course's exam is available for 120 days. This time limit can be extended.
  • If you fail an exam, you can retake it for free at your convenience.
  • You can take exams online from home/work at any time.
  • Assessments may be undertaken directly following each course, or postponed until you have achieved sufficient confidence and preparedness.
  • With adequate personal commitment to the programme, all participants are expected to successfully complete the examination and obtain certification.

Online classroom options

Participants can move between the London classroom courses and identical online streams (two alternative time zones) to fit their schedule or work flexibly between both options.

  • For those unable to attend any of the London classroom courses, the first online option is timed to suit European, Middle Eastern and APAC time zones.
  • The second online option is a ‘twilight’ session, starting at 15:00 CET, and is ideal for those living in North and South America.

Each online training week is split into two sessions: one x two-day and one x three-day event – this reduces stress and is very popular with participants

The Total Rewards Academy is Europe's largest licensed WorldatWork training provider, offering competitive rates and annual programmes involving over 60 major businesses.

Total fee per delegate for the three-week course series in London 2026/27: GBP £6,975 + VAT.

Each ticket admits one person for all three training weeks, covering nine courses and nine online exams. Attendance at all three course weeks, either in our London classroom, online, or a combination of both.

Nine sets of course materials (includes PDF course books downloaded from WorldatWork learner dashboard).

All nine online exams, including a free resit of any exam. Further resits (which during the last eight years have never been required) may be taken at WorldatWork’s standard exam fee.

Free WorldatWork membership for one year.Personal tutoring as needed.

Travel and hotel accommodation is not included.

Participants join the programme under the Total Rewards Academy's standard terms, which will be provided upon enrolment.
