Yum does a 360
Pizza and fried chicken chain Yum has introduced 360-degree appraisal using web-based technology to help reinforce its values, according to a case study by Workforce Management, the US human resource magazine.
Yum has adopted a 360-degree assessment tool in a campaign designed to promote customer-oriented values like speed, cleanliness and hospitality among the 850,000 workers involved in running Yum's Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC, A& W and Long John Silver's franchises.
