We are looking for organisations that would like to share their good practice, innovative ideas, and insights into reward management with our audience of senior reward practitioners.

E-reward’s annual conference

This event is our tenth annual conference. It’s firmly established as an unmissable date in the reward practitioner's calendar and each year attracts a distinguished line up of speakers. E-reward’s annual reward conference addresses the key reward issues, challenges and opportunities facing reward/HR practitioners. This conference:

• provides practical advice on what’s happening in reward management
• examines recent developments and emerging themes
• looks at current thinking
• assesses future prospects.

How we make this event work

Our conference this year comprises around a dozen different plenary sessions, spread over 1.5 days made up of analysis (primarily presented by leading consultants, researchers, academics etc), masterclasses and case-study sessions.

Our delegates are predominantly senior reward practitioners employed by large organisations:

• Reward/HR Director
• Head of Reward
• Reward Manager
• HR professionals with responsibility for reward
• There’s also likely to be a handful of consultants in the audience.
