Willis Towers Watson has launched an ‘industry-first’ software solution to integrate survey data, job leveling and global grading information. It combines components of its REWARD software into a fully integrated global compensation product. The software includes several features that provide ‘compensation managers with enhanced usability and efficiency’, including, it says:
