Willis Towers Watson unveils new software product for reward managers

Willis Towers Watson has launched an ‘industry-first’ software solution to integrate survey data, job leveling and global grading information. It combines components of its REWARD software into a fully integrated global compensation product. The software includes several features that provide ‘compensation managers with enhanced usability and efficiency’, including, it says:

  • enhanced market pricing
  • improved job leveling
  • leveraged salary structures
  • comprehensive cost analysis
  • advanced reporting and insights.

Max Caldwell, the firm’s global lead for HR Software, said:
