VOLUNTARY BENEFITS

Voluntary benefits at House of Fraser

Department store retailer House of Fraser regularly reviews and updates its voluntary benefits package. A new report by IRS considers how the package has been maintained and developed since its launch in 1999.

All of House of Fraser's 8,000-strong UK workforce is eligible for discounts on a wide selection of products and services, including tickets to theme parks, holidays, motor services and gift ideas.

An external provider was involved in the management and communication for the first two years following the launch, but it is now run in-house.

What you will find in this report

The four-page case study published in a recent issue of IRS Employment Review examines:

  • how the package operates
  • the benefits booklet produced for staff
