UKValuation launches online total reward statements
UKValuation, a subsidiary of First American Corporation, has launched online total reward statements for its employees.
The company provides automated valuation models (AVM) and a property database to deliver real-time computer-generated valuations of residential properties.

Chief Operating Officer Debra Frampton said: “As the fastest growing AVM business, our employees are critical to our success and we wanted to reward them accordingly.”
The online statements were launched in conjunction with Thomsons Online Benefits which used its Perquisite™ technology to create the personalised TRS whereby employees can log on and view their total pay and benefits.
Core benefits include life assurance, medical insurance and a new pension scheme where employees can choose to contribute via salary sacrifice. In addition, employees can choose from voluntary benefits such as discounted shopping, gym membership and magazines.
