Travis Perkins launches new voluntary benefits package
Travis Perkins has introduced a new voluntary benefits package for its 17,000-strong workforce. The move is designed to “drive a more consistent brand message across the group, broaden its benefit offering and increase employee engagement”.

Launched using Asperity’s Reward Gateway, the scheme offers Travis Perkins’ employees a much wider range of benefits through online and telephone offers, as well as shopping discounts from High Street stores.
The Travis Perkins Group includes some of the leading brands in the UK construction industry, including Travis Perkins, Keyline, City Plumbing Supplies, CCF, Benchmarx, Wickes and Tile Giant. It has more than 1,200 branches across the UK.
Asperity also provides the company with a telephone help desk to “seamlessly link employees with the providers of voluntary employee discounts”.
