Travelport launches online benefits

Travelport is launching an online benefit portal, branded “My Benefits”, for its UK employees to raise awareness of the benefits offered, increase employee engagement and to unify all benefits under one easily-recognisable brand.

Unlike traditional flexible benefits, which typically have a set enrolment window, the benefits within the My Benefits system will be open for Travelport's employees to utilise all year round, via Benefex's RewardHub benefit technology portal.


Among the employee benefits available on the system are:

  • childcare vouchers

  • discounts and cashback

  • employee assistance programme

  • group personal pension plan

  • life assurance

  • permanent health insurance

  • private medical insurance

  • travel insurance.

Travelport has used the launch of My Benefits to migrate employees from its two existing pension plans into one, simplify its pension provision, reduce management charges and to prepare for a smoother transition into auto enrolment for 2012.
