Total reward statements - new NHS web site goes live
The total reward statement information web site for the NHS is now live. The second issue of the employer newsletter has also been published.

Hosted by the NHS Business Services Authority, the web site provides details of total reward statements within the NHS. An “employers section” includes a toolkit which has been designed to provide employers with guidance and support throughout the implementation of total reward statements. The web site also includes the employer newsletters in PDF format.
Total reward statements will be provided annually to most NHS employees from Summer/Autumn 2013 onwards.
