Who should participate in the census?

Are you currently employed in a job in which you perform one or more total rewards functions?

For the purposes of this survey, the term “Total Rewards” refers to any one or more functions typically addressing employee attraction, motivation, and/or retention from within human resources role with the employer, as an independent consultant or employed by a consulting firm.

So we would like to hear from HR professionals in compensation, reward, employee benefits, pensions, executive pay and international expatriate management, as well as external consultants. And we would also like to hear from practitioners in the general HR function who have responsibility for total reward activities in their organisation.
