Tackling gender, disability and ethnicity pay gaps: a progress review – Equality and Human Rights Commission

This EHRC report examines the effectiveness of interventions led by UK government and employers to tackle gender, ethnicity and disability pay gaps in the UK. Researchers from the Institute for Employment Studies used a combination of literature evidence and workshop discussions. The report 'identifies opportunities for progress and highlights strategies that have the potential to reduce pay gaps for women, disabled people and ethnic minorities'.
