Salary survey of reward professionals 2005
Good reward candidates are thin on the ground and great talent is at a premium, according to a survey by Frazer Jones Reward, a recruitment business focussing exclusively on reward professionals.
The survey found reward professionals with specific skill sets focussed on pensions, executive compensation and international reward are particularly sought after. Organisations looking to buy in such talent are doing so at the greatest cost ever.

Survey details: The survey has been produced using data collected from recruitment assignments handled by Frazer Jones Reward and from individuals registered with the business between the fourth quarter 2004 and the end of the third quarter 2005. Salaries quoted are "open market" salaries -- i.e. they are salaries achieved by reward professional when they have moved jobs. Data is based on central London positions. Regional roles would be discounted by 5% to 15%.
