Reward practices in best companies to work for

To become an "employer of choice", organisations must listen to their employees, communicate their reward philosophy regularly, while paying for performance and aligning HR policy to business strategy. This was the main advice given to Incomes Data Services when it polled some of the organisations featured in the latest Sunday Times list of the 100 best companies to work for.

This four-page article summarises the reward policies of 18 employers in the Sunday Times "100 best companies". It includes details of their incentives and pay structures, as well as methods used to communicate reward policy and benefits provision.
