Reward Gateway acquires LogBuy

Reward Gateway has acquired the UK business of voluntary benefits provider, LogBuy, which will see the latter’s 200 UK clients including Philips Electronics upgraded to a 24/7/365 days a year employee helpdesk. The LogBuy acquisition is the sixth to have taken place by Reward Gateway, fuelled by a $220 million investment by Boston based financiers, Great Hill Partners LLP.
