One-stop salary sacrifice scheme – Let’s Connect

Let’s Connect, provider of salary sacrifice schemes for the purchase of home technology, has launched a new one-stop solution, meeting all HMRC’s new rules on salary sacrifice. Employees can choose from a wide range of products and pay for them directly from pay over a period of up to 36 months, saving on national insurance contributions, making them especially affordable for lower-paid staff.

The scheme is fully compliant with new rules enshrined in the Finance Act 2017 which state that 100% of tax must be charged to employees over the period of a salary sacrifice agreement. Equipment available includes personal computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, TVs and fitness wearables.
