NGA extends benefits platform

Global payroll and HR services firm, NGA Human Resources, has expanded its partnership with Thomsons Online Benefits enabling it to extend its employee benefits solution globally.

NGA Employee Benefits transforms clients’ benefits systems into a cloud-based, self-service process. The way that employees interact with the platform is designed to be easy for all employees to see a detailed view of their total reward package, from which they can select their own rewards and benefits combination. The platform can be accessed from any device, including tablets and smartphones.
