New voluntary benefit launched

Peoplevalue, an employee motivation solutions provider, has announced a new service to complement its range of voluntary employee benefits.

Working with Personal Touch Financial Services, Shoosmiths, Bishops Move and uSwitch.com, Peoplevalue has developed a new service that offers employees "fee free" independent mortgages advice, discounted fixed fee conveyancing, discounted removals and low-priced utilities.

The new offering, Peoplevalue Mortgage Services, provides employers with a further voluntary benefit that gives their employees the help they need when considering an investment property, remortgaging or buying a home.

Mike Cosier, who is heading up this new initiative, said: "To offer employees the opportunity to have their existing mortgage reviewed will confirm whether or not they have the most appropriate mortgage product for their circumstances. The review process will provide peace of mind if their existing mortgage arrangements are the most appropriate, or offer an alternative mortgage option, which could substantially reduce their monthly outgoings. This advice tied to a range of specially negotiated associated services, i.e. conveyancing, removals, utilities etc, provides the employee with a turnkey solution when they are considering a new mortgage or a move."
