Watson Wyatt has published revised editions of Benefits Report Europe and Employment Terms and Conditions Report Europe.

What you will find in these reports

Title: Employment Terms and Conditions Report Europe is a practical guide to the law in the field of individual and collective employee relations, providing up-to-date information on legislation and case law, including an international section designed to keep readers abreast of developments which may impact a multinational organisation, such as the contractual implications of mobility or corporate governance.

Running to 586 pages, the report is designed to assist employers with an understanding of the local employment environment and help them ensure compliance with local regulation.

Title: Benefits Report Europe provides information on employee benefit legislation, tax regulations and community practice for both mandatory and non-mandatory benefit plans.

This 503-page report offers readers the "information required to meet legal obligations and to create a sustainable employee benefit strategy".

Each of the 2005 reports is available in two volumes:

Volume I covers 19 Western European countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.

Volume II covers the eight new EU member states located in the eastern part of Europe as well as Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Russia and Turkey.
