New online tool aims to simplify global benefits management

Watson Wyatt has launched a new internet-based tool that helps organisations manage benefits, compensation and financial data across multiple countries and business units.

BenTrack allows organisations to manage data for a range of retirement plans and benefit programmes, including pensions, medical and dental coverage, death and disability benefits, termination and severance provisions, stock plans and company cars.

With BenTrack, users may:

  • capture comprehensive information on benefits plans and compensation programmes for multinational locations and employee groups
  • store current and historical financial and accounting data (UK, US and international accounting standards)
  • track pension plan investment performance
  • view up-to-date information on social security benefits and typical company practice in countries around the world
  • access summaries of current statutory benefits from around the world.

The data is stored on secure Watson Wyatt servers with rigorous security controls.

A final word

"With BenTrack, human resources professionals around the world have online access to their organisations' data - everything from benefit plan costs to statutory guidelines - at any time, from any location." - Caroline Dopson, senior consultant, Watson Wyatt.
