New HR benchmarking site launched

Andersen, a professional services firm, has unveiled its new online service dedicated to human resources benchmarking.

HR benchmarking helps companies to find out how they compare with other organisations in the marketplace, to ensure that their people policies are as effective and cost efficient as those of their competitors.

Entitled HR Index, this web site service is a result of Andersen's newly formed association with EP-First, the strategic HR consultancy group.

Online statistics are available in an annual benchmarking report conducted by EP-First which draws on over 5,500 data sets from organisations across Europe. These statistics are broken down by organisation size and sector.
