FAMILY-FRIENDLY BENEFITS
New guide on managing working parents
Family-friendly policies and benefits have been creeping up the employment agenda for several years. Employee Benefits magazine has put together a “back-to-basics” guide on “How to manage working parents”.
The guide is aimed at helping HR and benefits practitioners develop a strategy on working parents. It takes into account new obligations for employers under The Work and Families Act 2006, which came into effect this month.
