New global alliance to deliver incentive compensation solutions

IBM and Callidus Software, a leading provider of enterprise incentive management solutions, have teamed up to deliver comprehensive incentive compensation solutions for employees in the insurance, banking and telecom industries.

For companies with complex sales channels and sophisticated incentive structures, managing incentive compensation effectively is not always plain sailing. The joint IBM and Callidus Software solutions will enable companies to reduce costs by automating and streamlining the processes involved in aligning employee performance with business strategy. TrueComp

Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will jointly market Callidus TrueComp. This product enables an enterprise to administer, report, analyse, and model its variable compensation schemes.
