New flexible benefits service for SMEs

HeadCount Services, a provider of HR and payroll services to the SME market, has launched HeadCount Flexible Benefits.

Implementation and ongoing monthly administration are delivered on a fixed-price basis.

The solution has been developed with a number of leading providers to enable employers to deliver "compelling employee benefit arrangements irrespective of size". Existing plans can also be easily included. Available benefits include childcare vouchers, home computers, pensions, life cover, critical illness protection, annual leave buying and selling along with a range of other benefits.
