New flex admin selection service launched
Watson Wyatt, a consulting firm, has launched a new service designed to assist organisations in their selection of flex delivery systems.
"The number of new entrants to the flex administration market in the last 18 months means organisations now have a bewildering array of option available," said Morag Bramley, head of flexible benefits consulting at Watson Wyatt.
"But few have the in-house expertise and access to objective data to help identity the most appropriate solution for their situation. As some organisations have found to their cost, decisions -- sometimes made on superficial enrolment functionality and web screen 'look and feel' -- have come back to haunt them."
The new service provides a structured methodology to help organisations identity their key decision criteria and objectively rate potential flexible benefits systems suppliers.
