Mölnlycke Health Care launches online total reward statements

Mölnlycke Health Care, a manufacturer of health care products and services, has launched online total reward statements and pension salary exchange in the UK.

The company wanted to enhance employees’ understanding of their total reward package on top of salary, boost the engagement of its 200-plus workforce and achieve tax efficiencies where possible.

%ADVERT%

Thomsons Online Benefits advised the introduction of pension salary exchange to maximise savings for both the employer and employees. As a means for sharing these savings, Mölnlycke is passing a proportion back into additional pension contributions for employees.

Bespoke total reward statements were built with Thomsons’ Perquisite technology , which enables employees to view the up-to-date value of their total reward online and make benefits selections in real time. Online and off-line media, as well as web and group presentations, were used to reach employees across all locations and a field-based sales team across the country.

A final word

“We have been really pleased with the project and feedback has been very positive. Employees have greater appreciation of their benefits and we are delighted to be able to enhance their benefits package in this way.” - Wendy Blair, HR Director at Mölnlycke.
