Consultant Mercer has launched a digital platform designed to enable employees and employers to address a range of issues associated with high performance working, including engagement, productivity, benefits, and pensions. Mercer Harmonise should also help employers cut the cost of administering benefits by allowing employees to manage health, workplace benefits and general financial affairs in one place.
It is accessible on smartphones, tablets and desktops and employees can set financial goals, adjust savings, compare themselves to their peer group and select flexible benefits. The new platform offers a range of products and benefits, including:
