Customer experience management company, Medallia, has selected Xactly to automate its sales compensation processes, replacing spreadsheets with cloud-based systems. Medallia reckons it has the flexibility it needs to more quickly ‘onboard new reps and modify compensation plans to meet the fast growth dynamics of the business’. Medallia reps now have a single, easy-to-understand dashboard to view their goals, quota attainment, and payments.
