Job specification

The main purpose of this role is to support the Reward Manager with the on-going development and delivery of the UK reward agenda. In particular the "sizing" of jobs (job evaluation) across the business, assisting with the annual pay benchmarking cycle, collation of data and distribution of Total Reward Statements, supporting with design and consistency of job descriptions and responding to queries across the business on reward-related matters.

To be successful in this exciting role you will have had experience of working in a HR environment in particular pay, benefits and/or the reward area and have some familiarity with reward initiatives. As well as having excellent relationship building skills you will also have good research and analytic skills with a keen eye for detail.
