A new book called "Transformative HR" has been published that helps advance the thinking and practice of evidence-based management in HR, according to a review published by peoplemanagement.co.uk. The reviewer, Bob Morton, director of ODHRM Consultants, reckons it takes us a “further step towards truly embedding analytical discipline and sophisticated systems thinking into HR practice”.

"Transformative HR: How great companies use evidence-based change for sustainable advantage" is co-authored by John Boudreau and Ravin Jesuthasan and is published by Jossey Bass.
