Just over a half (52%) of organisations are committed to helping employees thrive at work in an age of artificial intelligence and robotics, according to research from Mercer. Thriving in an Age of Disruption is designed to be a blueprint for employers on how to help their organisations prosper in an era of disruption.
It suggests four critical priorities for organisations:
