Height for Hire, which rents access platforms in the UK and Ireland, has launched an employee engagement initiative for its 200-strong workforce using a Reward Gateway solution. The UK and Irish markets are highly competitive and crowded, and staff are often at risk of being poached by competitors. Through this new employee engagement initiative, Height for Hire aims to:
‘improve internal communications – the aim is to build brand identity and make sure that all 200 employees feel invested in the company, while positioning the business as the leading employer of choice in the UK and Ireland’.
Reward Gateway is designing a SmartHub for the company that will bring together existing benefits, improve communications and deliver instant rewards and recognition that reflect the business.
