Goldman Sachs tops a league table of the top companies finance professionals want to work for, with JP Morgan and Google in second and third place respectively. The rankings, produced by eFinancialCareers, dig below the surface and explore the professional, demographic and attitudinal nuances that determine which organisations individuals consider to be an ideal employer.
The firm plans more granular rankings and analysis throughout February and March 2016, including rankings of ideal employers by company type – for example, banks, asset managers and hedge funds – gender, and job role – including capital markets, operations and risk management.
