Hair products manufacturer, ghd, has launched my ghd, an HR programme to communicate its culture, values and benefits package to its 280-strong workforce in the UK. Using Reward Gateway’s employee engagement platform, the new ghd programme will include employee discounts, internal blogging and magazine technology, a single login for employees to access the platform and a range of benefit options, including a cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers and holiday trading options.
