Over half of British workers pick flexible working hours as the perk that most motivates them, according to a survey by Workfront, a provider of cloud-based Enterprise Work Management solutions. The survey of 1,000 UK office workers finds that a generous bonus package is the second most valued element of a hypothetical reward offer, followed by ‘unlimited holidays’.
