PAY DATA

Find your way through the maze of IT pay information

There is a burgeoning supply of both publicly available and participant-only surveys on pay and benefits in the IT area. But surveys are frequently very expensive and of widely varying content, presentation and quality. To help you choose a survey which meets your information needs, Diaz Research, a specialist IT consultancy and research company, has published an in-depth guide.

Each year a host of IT pay surveys is produced by management consultants, specialist survey publishers, employment agencies and other organisations. But which is best for your needs? How is the data best applied? What are others doing? The Diaz survey of surveys aims to help organisations that employ IT or technical e-business people to answer these and other questions.

The briefing report and accompanying seminar:

  • identify all the main pay survey providers in the IT area

  • provide an update on the features offered in the available surveys
  • offer expert independent advice and a detailed commentary on what’ s available and how to use it.
