Family Housing Association introduces flex

Family Housing, a London-based housing association, working with PMW Benefit Consultants, has launched a new flexible benefits plan, demonstrating that the use of flex plans is now a viable option for SMEs.

The association's 350-strong workforce now has access to a wide range of benefits, providing choice and improved information. Benefits options are accessed online, using PMW's web-based application, Select Benefits. Employees have the option to choose additional holiday, medical insurance, illness cover and childcare vouchers. In addition, employees can access special health club membership and car purchase arrangements.

Tony Hart, HR manager at Family said: "We've had good initial feedback following the launch of the plan which indicates that the benefit choices will be popular. I am confident that our employees have a better appreciation and understanding of all the benefits we now offer. This will clearly help us to attract and retain good staff."
