E-reward's latest research into women's representation on UK boards extends our analysis to SmallCap and AIM firms for the first time

Late last year, we published our study, Women on FTSE 350 Boards: Roles, tenure, share ownership and gender pay, using details relating to around 3,400 executive and non-executive directors in FTSE 350 companies. Our new research, released today, shows that the proportion of female CEOs is even lower in UK's smaller listed companies than in the FTSE 350.

Here are the key findings from our analysis of 5,097 executive and non-executive directors in FTSE 350, SmallCap and Fledgling/Aim companies contained on E-reward's Summit Database.
