A new e-reward directory [downloads PDF] lists the services and solutions offered by 12 suppliers of total reward statements. Ten key points to help you choose and work with a supplier are set out in a checklist. The views from our panel of suppliers on what issues need to be considered when choosing a provider are set out in a second checklist.
An accompanying toolkit (available to paid-for subscribers only) provides both an accessible guide to implementing total reward statements and discusses recent developments in their use.
