e-reward.co.uk teams up with CIPD
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development has commissioned e-reward.co.uk to undertake a major study of reward determination in the UK.
The review will draw together available data and research to build a picture of reward determination in the public and private sectors. It will seek to identify developing reward trends and pressures, what issues are important, and areas for further research.
Provisionally entitled Reward determination in the UK, the study forms the foundation part of a series of CIPD research projects into reward practice in the UK. It is due to be published ahead of the CIPD’ s annual compensation forum in February 2001.
