A voluntary benefits scheme has been launched specifically for small and medium sized enterprises. One4all Rewards has developed the scheme as a flexible employee benefit offering, providing employees with the opportunity to buy gift cards and obtain guaranteed discounts from a range of high street retailers and online stores.
A recent survey by the provider finds that three-quarters of employees feel they do not receive sufficient thanks from managers for the work they do and that those workplaces that do say ‘thanks’ have more motivated staff, higher rates of employee retention and a better reputation.

‘The voluntary benefits scheme is flexible and easy to use for all organisations. By introducing a benefits scheme that is no cost to the business but perceived as high value by employees, companies will boost staff morale, motivation and loyalty. This could be used by businesses with anything from 50 to 500 employees.’
