CIS launches campaign to curb boardroom excess
The CIS, one of the UK's biggest shareholders, wants investors to work together to prevent boardroom salaries escalating any further, according to a report in The Guardian newspaper.
The CIS unveiled its campaign as it disclosed a "dirty dozen" list of ploys used by companies to keep inflating boardroom pay.
