BT makes strong business case for flexible working

Telecommunications giant BT recently scooped the top prize at the Parents at Work awards underlining its pioneering reputation for flexible working. A recent edition of People Management magazine looked at BT's acclaimed work-life initiatives.

  • the return rate from maternity leave is up from 89% five years ago to 96%.
