HR technology and employee experience provider, Benefex, has collaborated with digital healthcare company, Doctor Care Anywhere, to offer its clients access to GP services online 365 days a year, 8am to 10pm. Qualified GPs will provide 20-minute video or ‘phone appointments, with referrals to specialists as standard when required.
Employees using the service are able to choose a GP based on name, area of expertise or gender at the point of booking. Any medication prescribed by a Doctor Care Anywhere doctor can be delivered direct to the patient through the company’s global prescription management service, or collected from a local pharmacy. The new offer also includes access to a health tracking app, enabling the consulting doctor to monitor conditions and symptoms, and set medication reminders.
