AWD Chase de Vere introduces flex scheme

AWD Chase de Vere, a leading financial services company, has launched a flexible benefits scheme for its 450 employees across the UK.

Benefits Plus, powered by Staffcare software, went live in January 2006 allowing employees to flex benefits including critical illness cover, private medical insurance, home computing initiative, bikes for work, childcare vouchers, holidays and pension contributions. It also offers in excess of 40 voluntary benefits in the categories of health, wealth and happiness.

Online holiday booking was also launched last month to standardise the booking process across the whole organisation and to drive traffic to the online communication and administration system on a regular basis.

"Following the integration of AWD and Chase de Vere we have been looking at ways to harmonise the benefits provided to employees – flex was a logical and natural step," said Debby Hannaford, online director at AWD Chase de Vere. "Having recently adopted Staffcare as our technology platform for benefit communication and administration we were able to implement our flexible benefits scheme exactly as we wanted, without being held back by constraints in software."
