Norwich Union has teamed up with People Value to deliver its new recognition programme, entitled VIP Awards.
As part of Norwich Union's commitment to acknowledge and reward outstanding contribution and achievement, all employees can now be nominated by their colleagues throughout the year to receive a bronze, silver or gold VIP Award (Valued, Instant and Personal). These awards reflect the differing levels of value and business benefit resulting from the contribution and output of individuals and teams. Each award is worth a number of value points, which can be redeemed on People Value's Staff Advantage discount shopping web site.
