An update about our new executive pay service

No doubt you have noticed what we are doing from our web site – www.e-reward.co.uk/executive-pay – and, as you can see, we are currently and plan to collect a substantial amount of remuneration data. Each year we will collect data and produce reports on:

  • UK FTSE 350 executive pay
  • UK FTSE 350 executive incentive scheme design
  • UK FTSE 350 non-executive fees
  • UK SmallCap, AIM and Fledgling executive pay
  • UK SmallCap, AIM and Fledgling incentive scheme design
  • UK SmallCap, AIM and Fledgling executive fees
  • UK NHS trust executive pay

E-reward may seem a new name in the field of executive pay but prior to working here, our head of executive remuneration, Steve Glenn, was involved in executive pay for over 20 years at Incomes Data Services (IDS).

At present we at E-reward have up-to-date data on the FTSE 350 pay, FTSE 350 NEDs' fees, FT Global 200 executive data and NHS executive data. In the new year, however, we will be collecting data on the smaller companies and continuing to update the FTSE 350 information.
