Alpha Airports unveils new benefits communications

Alpha Airports, the largest UK supplier of retailing and catering services for airports and airlines, has launched an "own-branded" benefits book designed by employee benefits firm Youatwork.

The move is part of Alpha's commitment to provide a comprehensive range of core benefits, along with voluntary schemes which have been negotiated specifically for its 4,000-strong workforce and their families.

The booklet

Each employee will receive a booklet outlining the Alpha benefits. It will also contain details of the 1,500 offers and services within Youatwork's "employee savings" package.

The core benefits and incentives listed in the booklet include Alpha's:

  • Sharing in Success share option programme
  • company pension and life assurance
  • long-service awards
  • discounted private medical insurance.

The Youatwork benefits on offer range from electrical goods and holidays, to insurance products and gym membership.

A final word

"The benefits booklet has been introduced as part of Alpha's ongoing commitment to provide incentives that reward employees' contribution to the success of the business. By placing both our core and voluntary benefits in one booklet, which is accessible to everyone, we also hope that more staff will take advantage of some of these incentives on offer." - Kevin Abbott, chief executive, Alpha Airports.
