Alexander Mann Solutions launches flexible benefits

Alexander Mann Solutions, a recruitment process outsourcing firm, has introduced flexible benefits for its employees in the UK, USA and Asia Pacific.

The scheme, which is called Passport, was launched in conjunction with Thomsons Online Benefits. It gives employees the choice of a wide range of benefits including buying or selling holiday, annual health screening, dental insurance, pension and charity donations.

As well as access to an online branded Passport portal, the scheme was launched using web conferences, roadshows and the sending of a passport to each employee at home explaining how the scheme works and outlining their benefit options or destinations.
